Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Deposit

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 30%, 50% or 100% will be required to secure your pre-order. This deposit cannot be transferred to another item or person.

 

Remaining amount (balance)

The balance (plus shipping fee) will be paid when the item is ready for collection. Payment has to be made before collection/shipping.

      • An invoice will be sent to you. It will be payable via all major credit/debit cards, ApplePay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayNow, PayPal, ShopeePay, GrabPay, Alipay, Atome

 

Collection, shipping and shipping fees

Shipping fees will be quoted only when the item(s) are ready to be shipped out. This is because we will not know the exact size and weight of the item(s) until I have it in stock.

 

    • Orders in Singapore:
      • Weekend local delivery:
        • Flat fee of SGD15 per trip. Not applicable to items above 10kg. Date and time will be discussed and confirmed over WhatsApp.

      • Courier:
        • By volumetric weight or weight, whichever is higher.

      • Self-collection (free of charge; date and time will be discussed and confirmed over WhatsApp)

Cancellations

In the event that the manufacturer or supplier is unable to fulfill a pre-order, deposits will be refunded. However, deposits will be forfeited under the following circumstances:

  • If the item is not collected within 21 days of receiving a WhatsApp message indicating its readiness for collection.
  • If you decide to cancel the pre-order before the item arrives, even in the presence of a reasonable delay.

 

Refunds

A refund for a defective item will be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Marvelous Toys is provided with a photograph (or video in some cases) of the defect within three days of the item being received.
  • Defective paint covers more than 20% of the item.
  • Broken limbs or heads.
  • Broken (clean cut) joints.
  • Two or more missing accessories.

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  1. Defective paint covers less than 20% of the item.
  2. Only one missing accessory.
  3. Damaged packaging.
  4. Loose joints.

 

Exchanges

We will make every effort to facilitate an exchange instead of a refund in cases of valid defects. However, due to consistently low stock levels, we cannot guarantee the availability of exchanges. Our commitment is to provide the best customer service within reasonable limits, and each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
