TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Your purchase/pre-order will NOT be confirmed until we receive full payment for in-stock items or full deposit for pre-orders. Deposits MUST be paid via bank transfer to Marvelous Toys, DBS Current, 003-935636-6
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
- The estimated arrival dates of the products are estimates. Occasionally, delays do happen. If the estimated arrival is listed as "Q1", it means that the product will arrive at approximately anytime from January to March. Thus, Q2 will refer to anytime from April to June, Q3 will refer to anytime from July to September, and Q4 will refer to anytime from October to December.
- We will notify customers who have placed pre-orders upon the arrival of the items. Pre-ordered items must be collected and its balance fully paid for within TWO WEEKS of its arrival. Failure to do so will lead to the forfeit of both your deposit AND pre-order slot.
- All of our prices, including deposits for pre-orders, are non-negotiable and non-transferable.
II. Batch Orders
- Batch orders refer to orders of more than one item.
- When delivery is selected for batch orders, the delivery will be made when all items have arrived. And only one delivery will be made. The balance for each and every item that arrives must before the final item arrives must be paid in full within two weeks of its arrival. The items will only be delivered when the total balance is paid in full. Failure to do so will lead to the forfeit of the deposit, pre-order slot AND item(s).
- When collection is selected for batch orders, individual items that arrive earlier than the rest must be collected within two weeks. Failure to do so will lead to the forfeit of the deposit, pre-order slot AND item(s).
- It is advisable that all items, unless they are meant as gifts, should be checked on the spot together with Marvelous Toys and the Buyer during collection.
- All returns and exchanges are determined on a case-to-case basis, at the discretion of Marvelous Toys.
- They are to be made within 3 days upon receiving your item(s).
You may bring back the defective product in its original packaging to the location where you bought the product for verification. You are required to present your receipt when making your claim.
We do not do offer exchanges or refunds for:
- Item/packaging damage as a result of transit or mishandling by postal services
- Manufacturing defect or QC issues affecting random pieces
- Factory seal on products has been broken; or if item has been played with.
- Paint over or undersprays.
