No. We are an online-only store.
The estimated arrival represents a general timeframe provided by the manufacturer. Given that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as Covid, manpower, logistical, or geo-political issues, etc., we do not refund deposits when reasonable delays occur.
Once your items are ready for collection, you will receive a notification on WhatsApp. Please ensure to collect your item(s) within 21 days from the date of the WhatsApp message. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your order and deposit.
You have the option to wait until all your pre-ordered items arrive before collection or shipment. If you choose this, you'll need to settle the balance for items that arrive early.
Alternatively, you can opt to collect and have them delivered individually. Please be aware that choosing individual deliveries will incur charges for each trip; for instance, if two items arrive at different times, there will be two deliveries, totaling SGD30 at SGD15 per trip.
The majority of our items are produced in limited quantities on a made-to-order basis, with a one-time production run. This implies that once the pre-order window closes, the item will not be manufactured again unless a reissue is announced. However, we do have items currently available in stock, which can be found here.
Upon the announcement of a pre-order, the production of the item may not have commenced.
Additionally, many of these items are intricately detailed, possibly featuring hand-made or hand-painted components.
This is because we cannot determine the precise size and weight of the item(s) until we have them in stock.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Should the manufacturer or supplier be unable to fulfil a pre-order, deposits will be refunded.
- If the item is not collected within 21 days of receiving the WhatsApp message indicating it is ready for collection.
- If you choose to cancel the pre-order before the item arrives, even in the event of a reasonable delay.
- Marvelous Toys must be provided with a photograph (or video in certain instances) of the defect within 3 days of you receiving the item.

We will make every effort to offer an exchange instead of a refund for items with valid defects.
However, given our consistently low stock levels, we cannot assure this outcome.
We aim for customer satisfaction and will offer the best possible service within reasonable limits. Any challenges that arise will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
